Funnily enough, I think the in-game ranking of Hachimura is the same as the one he's playing with the real game. Hachimura was easily from the 90s, having his own personal towel and waterboy to assist him in his quest to upset the Utah Jazz's Mitchell in the first round. There is nothing that says esports more than someone who can combine pro theatrics and skill. From the quarterfinals, though, we noticed what happens when a true gamer (Booker) takes on somebody who is still progressing. Like Hachimura on the Wizards in life, the possibility is there for Hachmiura to excel in gaming.

It did not matter though -- Ayton would push winning NBA 2K20 57-41 and making his first-round matchup look easy. LaVine seems to be above-average at 2K and is a above-average player in the NBA. It's only that Ayton would be a 2K star.
BANG! The Miami Heat began the 2K Players Tournament off. Seeded 16th, Jones beat No. 1 seed Durant from the opening round, using the Milwaukee Bucks, a championship favorite and among the best teams in NBA 2K20, versus Durant's Clippers. NBA 2K20 was fairly one-sided, too, with Jones taking over NBA 2K20 and winning outside 78-62.
Jones goes on to confront Harrell. Harrell's Trail Blazers pick would best Jones' Dallas Mavericks choice 71-66 in a close game that went back-and-forth. Jones was an unknown but nobody should doubt his ability on the sticks. A big win over KD along with a game versus Harrell, one of the finest in the tournament, reveals Jones is not to be underestimated.
