From the Shang-Chi film , there are several theories that we discuss regarding the Avengers in the latest phase after Endgame .
Indeed, there is a little Avengers role in this film which has a slightly different feel to the previous one.

1. There is a connection with the Avengers in the Shang-Chi movie , although it's not dominant
In Shang-Chi's post credits , Captain Marvel and Hulk or Bruce Banner appear with Wong who is clearly part of the Avengers.
They discussed about the 10 ring weapon previously owned by The Mandarin, especially its origins.
In the end they did not find the origin or history of the weapon which is believed to be a thousand years old.
2. This means the Avengers are also eyeing the 10 ring weapon
Since Wong is actively involved in getting the 10 ring weapon plus Captain Marvel and the Hulk are also discussing it, then the weapon seems to be the target of the new Avengers.
Bruce Banner and Carol Danvers also analyzed the weapon to find out the origin and purpose of the weapon's creation.
This means the Avengers may have a primary or secondary goal of finding dangerous weapons in the galaxy.
