Outdoors-minded Japanese streetwear brand White Mountaineering teams up with adidas Originals for a two-pack of the Adidas Stan Smith Womens. The set features two colorways of the iconic tennis silhouette in subdued looks of dark blue and grey premium suede. Each colorway is stamped with subtle White Mountaineering branding on the heels to complete the refined looks for the Stan Smith. The Adidas Stan Smith Mens has taken a back seat to the Superstar 80s as this year’s retro three stripe model of choice, but that doesn’t mean that the tennis classic has showed any signs of slowing down. The latest look pairs a clean white leather upper complete with black Stan Smith tongue branding with a classic gum outsole.

Kazuki Kuraishi is at it yet again with adidas Originals for another set of 84-Lab collabs this spring. Within the new collection is this fresh take on the Adidas Stan Smith White, featured in premium grey suede with the heel tabs in the traditional shade of green. An off-white outsole adds a vintge aesthetic, while dual Stan Smith and 84-Lab logos on each tongue and leather inner linings finish off the high-quality collab.

A little known and now rarely seen detail of some of the vintage versions of the Adidas Stan Smith Black is brought back with this latest release of the iconic tennis sneaker. One look and you can probably guess what it is: the added “Stan Smith” name in gold foil on the lateral side of each shoe. The construction of this new version also matches the vintage pairs, with a thinner tongue and premium leather, making the shoe look much more as it would have in the 1980’s.
